Because personalisation is bespoke:

you are responsible for reviewing all personalisation details carefully before ordering

previews are provided to help you confirm accuracy

variations in placement, scale or appearance may occur as part of the manual creation process

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Product descriptions and availability may be updated at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a personalised product.

An order is accepted once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Because items are personalised, we may be unable to cancel or amend an order once production has begun. If you need to request a change, you must contact us as soon as possible.

All orders are subject to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Orders are for personal use only and may not be resold.
