This site exists to help you create a personal memory teddy, if and when that feels right for you.
While we’re not a support or counselling service, we recognise that baby loss can be overwhelming, and that many people benefit from specialist support, information, or simply knowing where to turn.
This page is here to gently point you towards trusted resources, should you need them.
If you’re looking for support
Grief after baby loss can look different for everyone. Some people seek support straight away. Others return to it later, or not at all.
If you feel you might benefit from speaking to someone, or accessing specialist information, the following organisation offers dedicated support in the UK.
Sands
Sands is the UK’s leading charity supporting anyone affected by the death of a baby.
They offer:
- a free helpline
- online resources and information
- local support groups
- guidance for parents, families, and friends
Sands also works with health professionals to improve care and understanding around baby loss.
If you need immediate or ongoing support, their services may be helpful.
Taking things at your own pace
Some visitors come to this site shortly after a loss. Others arrive months or years later.
There is no expectation to create anything, read everything, or decide anything straight away.

- ask questions before deciding
