A few things you might be wondering
Creating a personal memory teddy can bring up uncertainty — about wording, timing, or whether you’re ready at all. The questions below are here to offer reassurance and clarity, not to rush you into a decision.
What if I don’t know what to write?
That’s completely okay.
Many people aren’t sure what they want to include when they first arrive. Some begin with a name or date. Others keep the wording very simple. Some take time before adding anything at all.
There’s no expectation to write something meaningful, poetic, or complete. You’re free to add as much or as little as feels right for you.
Do I have to add a photo or image?
No. Images are entirely optional.
You can personalise the teddy with text only, an image only, or both. If you do choose to upload an image, it doesn’t have to be a photograph — it can be any image you’d like.
Images can be cropped into a heart, circle, or square shape, depending on what suits you best.
What if my message is too long?
Short messages often work best, but there’s no fixed limit on how much text you can add.
All teddies are created manually rather than automatically. This allows care to be taken when formatting and arranging text so it fits the space clearly and naturally. If adjustments are needed to achieve the best result, they’re handled during production.
Can I see how it looks before ordering?
Yes.
As you add text or upload images, you’ll see a live visual preview showing how your personalisation will appear on the teddy. You can review everything carefully before adding it to your cart.
Preview images can also be downloaded and are included in your order confirmation email, so you have a record of exactly what was created.
What if I change my mind after placing my order?
If you need to make a change, please let us know as soon as possible.
As long as the teddy hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to help. Once a teddy has been printed and personalised, changes can no longer be made.
How long does it take to receive my teddy?
Each teddy is personalised to order and will arrive within 5–7 days.
We currently deliver within the UK, including Northern Ireland.
Is this suitable for early loss, such as miscarriage?
Yes.
This teddy is created by parents after many different experiences of loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, and loss at later stages.
There are no assumptions built into the design or wording. What you choose to add — or not add — is entirely up to you.
What happens to the photos or images I upload?
Any photos or images you upload are used only to create your teddy.
They are handled securely and respectfully as part of the order process and are not shared or reused for any other purpose.
What if I’m not ready yet?
That’s okay.
You don’t need to complete everything in one visit. Many people begin adding personalisation, pause, and return later when they feel ready. You can take your time reviewing, changing, or stepping away at any point.
There’s no rush.
