A responsible, considered approach
This site is run by a small UK-based team focused on creating personalised memory teddies with care, attention, and accountability.
Every teddy is made to order. Nothing is mass-produced, automated, or outsourced without oversight. Each order is handled individually, from personalisation through to final checks before dispatch.
What we do
We create a single product: a white angel memory teddy that can be personalised with your own words and, if you wish, images.
The design is intentionally simple. There are no pre-written templates or fixed messages. This allows each teddy to reflect the person creating it, rather than a predefined design or phrase.
Personalisation can include:
- Text on the tummy/chest
- Optional text or images on the left and right feet
- Images in heart, circle, or square shapes
All personalisation is reviewed and prepared manually to ensure it fits clearly and respectfully on the teddy.
How we work
Every order goes through a careful, hands-on process.
Text is formatted to suit the available space, images are checked for clarity, and a live preview is provided so you can review everything before ordering. Once an order is placed, further checks are carried out before printing and dispatch.
This manual approach allows us to maintain consistency, quality, and care - particularly important given the personal nature of what we create.
Care, privacy, and responsibility
We recognise that the images and words shared with us can be deeply personal.
Any photos or images uploaded are used only to create the customer’s teddy. They are handled securely and respectfully and are not shared or reused for any other purpose.
We also aim to be clear and reachable. Contact details are easy to find, and questions are always welcome - before or after ordering.
Supporting baby loss care
For every teddy created, £2 is donated to Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity.
Sands supports anyone affected by the death of a baby and works to improve care, understanding, and awareness. While this site does not provide counselling or support services, we believe it’s important to help direct people to trusted organisations when needed.
Keeping things simple
This site exists to provide one carefully considered product, supported by clear information and a respectful process.
There is no expectation to share your story, explain your choices, or create something that looks a certain way. Our role is simply to create what you ask for, with care.
